Q: Do you do residential or apartments?
A: Yes, however, only if the space is vacated, i.e. before and/or after move-in.
Q: Will you replace broken or damaged ceiling tiles and light lenses?
A: Yes, we will replace any ceiling tiles or light lenses that cannot be restored or cleaned with our processes.
Q: How far do you travel?
A: Our service area radius extends to Georgetown (north), Seguin (east), Laredo (south) and Fredericksburg (west).
Q: What about colored tile?
A: We can clean and recoat colored ceiling tile also. As shown in our Acoustical Recoat section pictures, the tile in this facility was originally dark green. After applying our Acoustical Recoat solution, the tile was transformed to bright white, making the room feel more open and inviting.
Q: How often will I require your services?
A: This depends solely on volume and traffic. For example, a restaurant might require our processes every six months, whereas a commercial business would utilize our services once every 5 years, approximately.
Q: Do you offer any maintenance agreements?
A: We have quarterly, semi-annual, and annual agreements that offer discounts, free items, and preferred customer advantages.
Q: Are your chemicals harmful?
A: No! Most of our chemicals utilized are non-toxic and environmentally safe, and in most cases, Green Sealed Certified. Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) are available.
Q: How long will the service take?
A: Depending on the square footage and condition, typical service time is 4-5 hours.
Q: Are you insured?
A: Yes, C.P.S.A. is fully insured and bonded. Certificate provided upon request.
Q: What other specialty cleaning services do you offer?
A: We also offer Stone and Ceramic Floor Care, High Pipe Dusting, Air Diffuser Restoration, Chandelier Cleaning, as well as Full Theatre and Screen Cleaning.
